Total Claims: 10
Claim 1
Independent Claim 122 words
A container for an injection liquid comprising: a. a bottle including a mouth having an outwardly extending flange disposed completely around said mouth. and a reduced neck portion having an outer surface area with a plurality of parallel axially aligned recesses disposed around the circumference of said neck portion, and b. a cap composed of a material that is flowable when heat is applied thereto and having an external and an internal surface, c. said material of the cap being conformed in contiguous relationship along its internal surface to the recesses of the outer surface area of the neck portion, d. whereby the cap is firmly seated on the bottle and is prevented from being twisted while disposed on the neck portion.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 122 words
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 25 words
A container as defined in claim 1 wherein: the recesses are defined between projecting ridges that are disposed around the circumference of the neck portion.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 34 words
A container as defined in claim 1 wherein the recesses are defined by grooves extending into the outer surface area of the neck portion and are disposed around the circumference of the neck portion.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 35 words
A container as defined in claim 1 wherein said outer surface area of the neck portion is disposed immediately adjacent the flange, and the cap material is conformed in contiguous relationship to the flange portion.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 25 words
A container as defined in claim 4 wherein the recesses are defined between projecting ridges that are disposed around the circumference of the neck portion.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 24 words
A container as defined in claim 1 wherein the recesses are defined by a plurality of corrugations extending vertically along said outer surface area.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 26 words
A container as defined in claim 1 wherein the recesses are defined by a plurality of annular corrugations laterally spaced vertically along said outer surface area.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 23 words
A container as defined in claim 1 wherein the container is composed of glass and the cap material is a synthetic plastics material.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 39 words
A container as defined in claim 1 wherein the cap is separately disposed around the circumference of the neck portion by applying heat to cause the material to flow into a conformed contiguous relationship with respect to said recesses.
