Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 10
Claim 1
Independent Claim 53 words
An acaricidal composition consisting essentially of a first ingredient of the group consisting of β-exotoxin and metal salts thereof and a second ingredient of the group consisting of 1,1-bis-(p-chlorophenyl) ethanol, bis-(p-chlorophenyl) sulfide and bis-(p-chlorophenoxy) methane; said first and second ingredients being present in the ratio of about 0.5:1 to about 10:1 by weight.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 53 words
An acaricidal composition consisting essentially of a first ingredient of the group consisting of β-exotoxin and metal salts thereof and a second ingredient of the group consisting of 1,1-bis-(p-chlorophenyl) ethanol, bis-(p-chlorophenyl) sulfide and bis-(p-chlorophenoxy) methane; said first and second ingredients being present in the ratio of about 0.5:1 to about 10:1 by weight.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 30 words
A composition of claim 1 in which said second ingredient is 1,1-bis-(p-chlorophenyl) ethanol; and said first and second ingredients are present in the ratio of about 0.5:1.0 to about 2.0:1.0.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 30 words
A composition of claim 1 in which said second ingredient is bis-(p-chlorophenyl) sulfide; and said first and second ingredients are present in the ratio of about 0.5:1.0 to about 2.0:1.0.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 30 words
A composition of claim 1 in which said second ingredient is bis-(p-chlorophenoxy) methane; and said first and second ingredients are present in the ratio of about 0.5:1.0 to about 2.0:1.0.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 76 words
An insecticidal composition comprising a major portion of an agronomically acceptable carrier and about 5% to about 50%, based upon the weight of said composition, of active ingredients consisting essentially of a first ingredient of the group consisting of β-exotoxin and metal salts thereof and a second ingredient of the group consisting of 1,1-bis-(p-chlorophenyl) ethanol, bis-(p-chlorophenyl) sulfide, and bis-(p-chlorophenoxy) methane; said first and second ingredients are present in the ratio of about 0.5:1.0 to about 10.0:1.0.
Claim 7
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 29 words
A composition of claim 5 in which said second ingredient is 1,1-bis-(p-chlorophenyl) ethanol; said first and second ingredients are present in the ratio of about 0.5:1.0 to about 2.0:1.0.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 29 words
A composition of claim 5 in which said second ingredient is bis-(p-chlorophenyl) sulfide; said first and second ingredients are present in the ratio of about 0.5:1.0 to about 2.0:1.0.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 29 words
A composition of claim 5 in which said second ingredient is bis-(p-chlorophenoxy) methane; said first and second ingredients are present in the ratio of about 0.5:1.0 to about 2.0:1.0.
