Abstract
Abstract There is provided a method for protecting plants from attack by fungi by applying to said plants a fungicidally effective amount of a pyrazolidine and acid salt derivatives thereof.

A method for protecting growing plants from attack by fungal organisms comprising applying to the foliage of said plants a fungicidally effective amount of a compound having a formula selected from the group consisting of: ##SPC6## wherein R 1 and R 2 each represent alkyl C 1 -C 4 ; R 3 and R 5 each represent a member selected from the group consisting of cycloalkyl C 3 -C 7 , and ##SPC7## Y represents a member selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen and alkyl C 1 -C 4 ; and HX represents an acid.
