Abstract

Abstract Improved conductor compositions useful in the electronic arts, said compositions comprising finely divided noble metal powder, aluminum boride powder, and optional inorganic binder powder dispersed in an inert vehicle. Other borides, boron, and silicides may also be present. Such compositions may be printed on substrates and fired (sintered) to form microcircuit patterns, end terminations, etc.
