Abstract
Abstract An air blower for use in building heating systems which is designed to isolate noise and vibration from the building structure. The blower is further designed to allow for easy assembly and replacement of parts while installed in the building structure. The blower includes a housing which is mounted directly to the frame of the building. A fan wheel and motor assembly is positioned into the housing as a unit. The motor and fan assembly is supported by means of a flexible support system on the housing which isolates vibration and noise transmission. A Venturi plate is also suspended from the flexible support system and is otherwise isolated from the housing.
