Abstract
Abstract wherein at least two of R1, R2, R3 and R4 are acyls of organic carboxylic acids having 2 to 10 carbon atoms and the remainder of R1, R2, R3 and R4 are members selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and said acyl of organic carboxylic acids having 2 to 10 carbon atoms, and R5 and R6 are members selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and methyl, as well as the method of activation of percompounds in aqueous solutions at temperatures below 70*C utilizing said N-acylated 2,4,6,8-tetraaza-bicyclo(3,3,1)-nonan-3,7-diones.
