Abstract

Abstract The present invention relates to the determination of the focussing error of an optical projection system designed to project a concentrated spot onto a reflecting surface. The optical sensor in accordance with the invention utilises the projection objective lens of the optical projection system, in order to cause a fraction of the radiation reflected by said surface, to converge on photodetector means associated with electrical transmission means.
