Abstract
Abstract A hand-held paper punch comprises a housing having a plunger reciprocally mounted thereon to engage a pair of pivotally mounted levers adapted to depress a pair of spring-biased punch dies for paper punching purposes. A receptacle is releasably mounted on a bottom of the housing to receive paper scrap and further defines an elongated opening for inserting one or more sheets of paper beneath the punch dies.
