Abstract
Abstract Novel compositions are provided comprising chlorohydrinated block copolymers. Solutions of the chlorohydrinated block polymers have utility as primers and in modifying conventional polyurethane and neoprene adhesives to improve the adhesion between block copolymer products such as soling and various other substrates.
