Abstract
Abstract A structural panel for use in modular homes is disclosed. The panel employs a sandwich of two fiberglass laminated skins with fibrillar inner surfaces and a froth foam resin interspersed therebetween. Each of the skins is provided with an inner fibrillar surface having a multiplicity of inwardly projecting reinforcing fibers which extend into and interlock with the foam layer. The interlock provided by the fibrillar surface prevents delamination and resultant panel failure.
