Abstract
Abstract A process for making a Diels-Alder type adduct of methacrylic acid and linoleic acid forming a cycloaliphatic dicarboxylic acid of 22 carbon atoms having the formula wherein x and y are integers from 3 to 9, x and y together equal 12, and one X is CH2 and the other X is a -C(CH3)COOH group.
