Abstract
Abstract Method and apparatus for collecting polluted air along crowded automobile thoroughfares channeling said polluted air through unused but controlled portions of existing storm sewers used as air passageways, together with apparatus for scrubbing, washing and filtering said collected air in area air treatment plants and recirculating the purified air back to sidewalk areas along the streets affected by heavy auto traffic and air pollution.
