Abstract
Abstract Polyisocyanurate foams are prepared by the polymerization of organic polyisocyanates in the presence of a tertiary amine trimerization catalyst and a halogenated aliphatic alcohol accelerator. The resulting foams have improved flame retardant and friability properties.
