Abstract
Abstract Meta-phenoxy acetals having the formula IN WHICH X is oxygen or sulfur, R and R1 are independently lower alkyl, R and R1 taken together are ethylene or trimethylene, R2 is alkyl, monocyclohexylamino, monoalkylamino, monoalkenylamino, dialkylamino, alkoxy, alkylthio, haloalkyl, substituted-phenyl wherein said substituents are methyl, monochloro or dichloro. The compounds are useful as herbicides.
