Abstract WHEREIN R represents an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, X represents chlorine or bromine, EACH Y represents independently chlorine or bromine, N REPRESENTS AN INTEGER FROM 1 TO 3, AND M REPRESENTS AN INTEGER FROM 0 TO 2, WITH THE PROVISO THAT M +N 3.
