Abstract
Abstract The 2-descarboxy-2-(tetrazol-5-yl)- 1/8 -pentanorprostaglandins and various intermediates employed in their preparation. The novel prostaglandins of this invention have been found to have activity profiles comparable to the parent prostaglandins, but exhibit a longer duration of action than the parent prostaglandins.
