Abstract
Abstract Solvent free stable aqueous dispersions of synthetic resins having particle size of less than about 10 microns formed through use of cationic, anionic and nonionic dispersing agents and process therefor. The stable aqueous resin dispersions are useful as coatings, in paints, textile treating and the like.
