Abstract
Abstract The invention provides new physiologically active compounds having the formula: WHEREIN R1 and R2 are the same or different and may be hydrogen or a hydrocarbon group selected from alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aralkyl, cycloalkyl and aryl, each of which hydrocarbon groups may be unsubstituted or substituted, and wherein R3 represents aralkyl or alkyl, each of which may be unsubstituted or substituted. The compounds and compositions containing them may particularly be used as herbicides.
