Abstract
Abstract IN WHICH THE SYMBOL A represents a divalent hydrocarbon radical containing at least two carbon atoms, the bis-maleimide ( Beta ) being present in an amount up to about 90 percent by weight based on the weight of ( Alpha ) and ( Beta ). These compositions are useful for producing moulded objects and laminates. OR A MIXTURE OF SUCH COMPOUNDS; OR A COMPOUND ( Alpha ) AND A BIS-MALEIMIDE ( Beta ) OF THE FORMULA: The invention provides heat-resistant compositions which comprise an epoxy resin, a polyamine containing at least two primary amine groups and also either a compound ( Alpha ) of the formula:
