Abstract

Abstract The vehicle air conditioning system comprises the usual compressor, evaporator and condenser connected together in operative relationship. Capillary tube refrigerant expansion means are provided between the condenser and evaporator. A suction accumulator is provided between the evaporator and compressor so that the system will be effective when the compressor operates at variable speeds, the condenser is subjected to variable ambient temperatures and the evaporator is subjected to a variable load.
