Abstract
Abstract A signal processor system and method is disclosed for use in an industrial process control environment in relation to scanning of low level analog signals, for averaging such signals that fall within a desired tolerance and for rejecting from the averaging operation any individual signal which fails to fall within the predetermined tolerance of the established average of the scanned input signals.
