Abstract
Abstract 1. In a receiver, means for receiving electromagnetic energy including an intelligence signal and a noise component, means for applying said energy to a first and second terminal in such a manner that the energy on said first terminal is in phase opposition to the energy on said second terminal, a mixer, a variable phase shifter connected between said mixer and first terminal, a ringing circuit, a demodulator connected between said ringing circuit and said second terminal, and means for connecting said ringing circuit to said mixer.
