Abstract

Abstract A monolithic crystal filter comprising a piezoelectric plate, main electrodes and an intermediate electrode provides attenuation pole characteristics at a desired frequency. The mass and thickness of said intermediate electrode are larger than those of said main electrode, that is to say, the drop in frequency due to said intermediate electrode is larger than that due to the main electrodes.
