Abstract
Abstract Benzene derivatives of the formula: WHEREIN R represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon group optionally substituted by halogen or alkoxy, R1 represents hydrogen or methyl, and R2 represents hydrogen, halogen, alkyl, alkanoylamino optionally substituted by cycloalkyl of 3 to 6 carbon atoms, alkoxycarbonylamino, alkanoyl, benzoyl or N-methylmethanesulphonylamino, possess anthelmintic and anti-viral activity. New compounds within that formula also possess fungicidal properties.
