Abstract
Abstract For the rapid charging of an Ni-Cd alkali battery, a power source is connected to a series connection of an electrolytic cell and the battery such that the voltage characteristic of these two elements cancel each other out at the final stage of charging. A voltage stabilizer can be included in the circuit along with indicators which indicate when charging is complete and/or incomplete.
