Abstract
Abstract This invention relates to sodium-free salt substitutes which avoid the bitter aftertaste of known sodium-free salt substitutes. The compositions of the invention comprise potassium chloride alone or potassium chloride plus ammonium chloride mixed with lactose and/or dextrose and cream of tartar.
