Abstract

Abstract Vinyl halide resin compositions are stabilized with bivalent metal glyceroxides. Vinylchloride homopolymers and copolymers stabilized with zinc glyceroxide are a particularly important aspect of the present invention. The use of metal glyceroxides makes it possible to increase the metal content in the polymer while employing a small amount of the metal stabilizer compound.
