Abstract
Abstract To obtain high or low crystalline pvc vinyl chloride is polymerised under conventional conditions in the presence of a finely divided seed polymer having an order factor above 16 or below 10. The seed materials can only be made by polymerising vinyl chloride under non-conventional conditions.
