Abstract
Abstract Sulfonamides such as N-methyl-N-(piperidinothio)-ptoluenesulfonamide are used to affect the vulcanization characteristics of sulfur vulcanizable polymers by increasing the state of vulcanization and/or improving scorch resistance and/or increasing the rate of vulcanization.
