Abstract
Abstract 1,3,5-Triazinediones of the formula WHEREIN X1, X2, R1, R2 and R3 are as hereinafter defined, are useful for the selective control of weeds in crops, e.g., corn. Many are also useful for altering plant flowering and plant sexual reproduction. Examplary of the class of compounds are 3-isopropyl-6methylthio-s-triazine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione, 3-(p-chlorophenyl)-6methoxy-s-triazine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione.
