Abstract
Abstract A miscible flood process for the recovery of hydrocarbons from a hydrocarbon-bearing reservoir having a gas saturation is effected by the injection of a hydrocarbon solvent that is conditionally miscible with the reservoir hydrocarbon liquid and which is thereafter followed by a drive fluid to move the previously injected solvent thru the reservoir, thereby displacing the reservoir hydrocarbons to a production well from which they are produced.
