Abstract
Abstract The present invention concerns novel compounds of the formula, WHEREIN R1 is hydrogen, halogen, or alkoxy of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and Y is chlorine or bromine in the 9 or 10 position. The compounds are intermediates for the production of pharmacologically active compounds, particularly for compounds which are histaminolytics.
