Abstract
Abstract A process for treating the surface of a solid organic polymer to provide e.g. durable water repellency, lubricant or release properties. The organic polymer is first coated with an organosiloxane containing azidoformate substituents and the applied coating is then exposed to high energy radiation, ultraviolet light or a temperature in excess of 80*C.
