Abstract
Abstract A cable is described in which elongated fillers and elongated conductors are arranged such that the conductors are placed in the interstices of the fillers to provide a low capacitance and low leakage cable. In addition, a cylindrical wall may be provided surrounding the cable, with the wall and fillers being comprised of a flexible material having a low dielectric constant and having a substantial flame-retardant capability.
