Abstract
Abstract A water in oil emulsion which comprises a major amount of a halogenated solvent such as trichloroethylene or tetrachloroethylene, and water, a polyfluoroalkyl containing composition having oil and water repellent properties and a minor amount of an emulsion-stabilizing copolymer derived from ethylene and an aminoalkyl acrylate or methacrylate is effective for treating textiles and paper to provide oil and water repellency.
