Abstract WATER-SOLUBLE, ALKALINE CURING RESINS WHICH ARE THE REACPRODUCTS OF AN EPIHALOHYDRIN AND A POLYMER OF A DILLYLAMINE ARE DISCLOSED. THE RESINS ARE PARTIALLY USEFUL AS WET STRENGTH AGENTS FOR PAPER AND ADDITIONALLY GIVE SUPERIOD DRY STRENGTH TO PAPER.
