Abstract
Abstract An adjustable form for press-shaping sheets of plastic material such as hot glass, and comprising a plurality of straight bars disposed in parallel, side-by-side relation, each mounted individually for translation with respect to the other. Means are provided for unitizing the bars in desired relation wherein their free surfaces conjointly define or determine a surface of desired form or radius of curvature, usable as one of two complementary forms between which the sheet may be shaped.
