TYPICAL COMPOUNDS ARE 2-CARBOXY-5,5-DIPHENYL-4METHYLPENT--4-ENOIC ACIDS, 2-METHYL-4-ETHYL-5,5-DIPHENYL2-CARBOXYPENT-4-ENOIC ACID AND 2,4-DIMETHYL-5-PHENYL5-(4-METHOXY-PHENYL)PENT-4-ENOIC ACID. THE NEW COMPOUNDS ARE FORMULATED AS TABLETS AND CAPSULES FOR ORAL USE AND AS INJECTABLE WITH STERILE WATER,
