Abstract
Abstract The temperature of the liner on doubled-face paperboard is measured after said paperboard has been heated in the double faced machine, without phycially touching the liner with a calibrated sensor. The temperature signal is converted to a signal which is fed to a comparator to effect a variation of heat transfer from the heat source at the double faced machine when the measured temperature deviates from a selected normal range.
