Abstract The invention relates to a display holder for holding elongated objects, for example substantially cylindrical screw anchoring devices, drills, etc., and to a sales unit comprising such display holder in which objects of the said type are mounted. The display holder comprises a sheet or plate member, such as a cardboard member which may carry advertising and/or informative printed matter, and a holder member having an abutment part engaging one side of said sheet or plate member and one or more transverse parts extending through slots or openings in the plate member and being adapted to retain elongated objects adjacent to the other side of the plate member. The holding member is preferably formed as a channel member with spaced parts extending through said slots or openings in the plate member. Furthermore, these flange parts may be provided with holes or pairs of projections defining recesses between them for resiliently receiving and retaining said elongated objects adjacent to said second side of the plate member. When retained by the holding member these objects prevent the holding member from being separated from the plate member.
