Abstract IMPROVED STAIN AND DIRT RELEASE PROPERTIES ARE OBTAINED IN LATEX PAINT COMPOSITIONS BY INCORPORATING THEREIN A FLUOROCHEMICAL COMPOSITION HAVING HIGHLY DESIRABLE SURFACE ACTIVE PROPERTIES.
