Abstract
Abstract Compounds are prepared of the formula: WHERE R1 is hydrogen or hydroxy, R2 is hydroxy, hydroxymethyl or alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R3 is hydrogen or alkyl of one to four carbon atoms and Alk is an alkylene group of two to six carbon atoms and their acid addition salts with pharmacologically acceptable acids. The compounds have high broncholytic activity and favorable circulatory effects.
