Abstract
Abstract There is disclosed a method for preparing cationically dyeable highly polymeric linear polyester and copolyester resins which comprises adding to a multi-step polyester or copolyester forming process at least one compound selected from the group consisting of hydroxyalkylene oxide and hydroxypoly(alkylene oxide) derivatives of metallic salts of isethionic acid.
