Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 8
Claim 1
Independent Claim 174 words
A boarded structure for use as a wall, a floor and the like of a building said structure comprising: a backing frame structure; a plurality of interconnected board-like wooden blocks in assembly, each having a series of mutually perpendicular throughholes and at least one groove formed in each adjacent contiguous face of the blocks in assembly, said assembly being fixedly connected on said backing frame; metal-tie means disposed in each of said through-holes to form a fastening connection between each adjacent ones of said blockes in assembly; first coupling means for coupling the blocks together and disposed in each one of the slots successively defined substantially parallel, by the opposing grooves in adjacent contiguous faces of the blocks in a first direction of the assembly; second coupling means for coupling the blocks together and disposed in the continuous horizontal slots successively defined substantially parallel, by the opposing grooves in adjacent contiguous faces of the blocks in a second direction of the assembly which second direction is substantially at right angles to said first direction.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 174 words
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 45 words
The structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein each said metal-tie means has accessible connecting portions comprising cutaway sections vicinal to at least each adjacent contiguous face of the blocks in assembly each connecting portion comprising a coupling means for coupling said tie means together.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 20 words
The structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein each said metal-tie means comprises a piped member for delivering fluid therethrough.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 174 words
A boarded structure for use as a wall, a floor and the like of a building, said structure comprising: a backing frame structure; a plurality of interconnected board-like wooden blocks in assembly, each having a series of mutually perpendicular throughholes and two grooves formed in each adjacent contiguous face of the blocks in assembly, said assembly being fixedly mounted on said backing frame; metal-tie means disposed in each of said through-holes to form a fastening connection between each adjacent ones of said blocks in assembly; first coupling means for coupling the blocks together and disposed in each one of the two slots successively defined substantially parallel, by the opposing grooves in adjavent contiguous faces of the blocks in a first direction of the assembly; second coupling means for coupling the blocks together and disposed in the two continuous horizontal slots successively defined substantially parallel by the opposing grooves in adjacent contiguous faces of the blocks in a second direction of the assembly which second direction is substantially at right angles to said first direction.
Claim 6
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 46 words
The structure as claimed in claim 4 wherein each said metal-tie means has accessible connecting portions comprising cutaway sections vicinal to at least each adjacent contiguous face of the blocks in assembly each connecting portion comprising a a coupling means for coupling said tie means together.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 20 words
The structure as claimed in claim 5 wherein each said metal-tie means comprises a piped member for delivering fluid therethrough.
