Abstract A KNOCK-DOWN STORAGE ASSEMBLY COMPARTMENTALIZED SPACE FOR THE STORAGE AND DISPLAY OF A LARGE VARIETY OF ITEMS, ESPECIALLY BOOKS, PHONOGRAPH RECORDS, MAGAZINES, NEWSPAPER AND OBJECT OF ART. THE STORAGE ASSEMBLY IS FORMED BY A PAIR OF COLLAPSIDE THREE-SIDED NOTCHED STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS WHICH INTERFIT WITH ONE ANOTHER. WHEN ASSEMBLED, THE STORAGE ASSEMBLY CAN STABD IN ANY ONE OF SIX POSITIONS. IN ADDITTION, TWO OR MORE STORAGE ASSEMBLES MAY BE STACKED TO FORM LARGER STORAGE SYSTEMS IN ANY OF A VARIETY OF GEOMETRIC CONFIGRATIONS.
