Abstract
Abstract A process for improving the electrical properties of barium titanate ceramics having a positive temperture coefficient of electrical resistance comprises providing barium titanate ceramics having a positive temperature coefficient of electrical resistance, coating said barium titanate ceramics with at least one compound selected from the group consisting of silver compound and lithium compound; and heating the coated barium titanate ceramics at a temperature of 700*C to 1,200*C.
