Abstract
Abstract The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device in which a conductive pattern of a semiconductor body which is, for example, reinforced, is connected to a conductive pattern of a substrate by so-called ''''face-down-bonding.'''' According to the invention, this connection can be mechanically reinforced by introducing a liquid in the aperture between the semiconductor body and the substrate, after having connected the latter together. The liquid is then hardened. The hardening of the liquid and the passivation of the semiconductor body are then obtained simultaneously by the use of certain silanes.
