Abstract SEWAGE AND WATER ARE CHEMICALLY CONDITIONED WITH POLYACID HALIDE MODIFIED COPOLYMERS OF VINYLPYRIDINE WITH ACRYLAMIDE OR METHACRYLAMIDE. COAGULATION, FLOCCULATION, AND FILTRATION IN SEWAGE AND WATER TREATMENT PROCESSES ARE SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVED BY THE USE OF THE AFORESAID MODIFIED COPOLYMERS.
