Abstract VINYL CHLORIDE OR A MIXTURE THEREOF WITH COPOLYMERIZABLE MATERIAL IS POLYMERIZED IN A LIQUID ORGANIC MEDIUM IN THE PRESENCE OF A POLYMERIC DISPERSING AGENT.
