Abstract THIS INVENTION RELATES IN GENERAL TO THERMOELECTRIC UNITS AND MORE PARTICULARLY TO A TUBULAR THERMOELECTRIC UNIT WHICH INCLUDES AN ARRAY OF TANDEMLY ARRANGED RADIALLY TAPERED ANNULAR THERMOELECTRIC PELLETS HAVING INSULATION MATERIAL OF A LOWER DENSITY THAN THE THERMOELECTRIC PELLETS POSITIONED BETWEEN EACH PELLET.
